Can you still buy HHC?

No. The sale of HHC has been banned in Germany since June 2024, in every form, whether vape, flower, hash, liquid or edibles. Above you will find the products that are currently in the range. Why HHC can no longer be sold

Since 27 June 2024 HHC was banned under the NpSG, and since 23 May 2026 it has been listed in Anlage II of the German Narcotics Act (BtMG). This applies regardless of the form, so to vapes, flower, hash or edibles. The rest of Europe has followed: all EU states are bound by the UN classification of December 2025, the Netherlands banned HHC in January 2026, and Portugal, the last remaining gap, in May 2026. HHC was offered as a vape, flower, hash, liquid and as edibles such as gummies. For the most popular forms there are still separate categories with the currently available products: HHC vapes, HHC flower and HHC hash.
