• Cutting agents: Frequent admixtures of unknown substances
• Legal grey area up to prohibition: Many synthetic cannabinoids and other new psychoactive substances are listed in the NpSG annex and are therefore prohibited
• Unpredictable risks: Large individual differences, no empirical data

Legal situation

Numerous synthetic cannabinoids and other new psychoactive substances are listed in the annex of the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) or in the BtMG. For these substances, possession, trade and manufacture are punishable offences. Since "La Mouse" is not a clearly defined substance, its legal classification depends in each individual case on its actual composition.
